Each year St. Martin of Tours Academy hosts a fundraising event. The purpose of this annual event is to raise money to help with operational expenses which enhance the educational experience for the 200 students who attend our school. Although parents pay annual tuition for their children to attend, there are still many needs at the Academy that extend beyond the financial reach of what the annual tuition covers.
We are very proud of our school which has been offering students an excellent academic foundation, with an emphasis on moral development and life skills, for 69 years.
At St. Martin of Tours Academy, our students are preparing to become good citizens while learning to create a better world around them.

28th ANNUAL GREAT CASH GIVEAWAY – 2021
This year SMA’s GCGA event will be celebrated during Catholic Schools Week with a virtual Open House on January 28, 2021.
Changes have been made which allow more people chances to win. In addition to a $5,000 drawing, there will be five drawings for an opportunity to win $1,000. Winners need not be present to win. Tickets will be drawn in the school office on Thursday, January 28th between 6:30 and 7:30pm during our virtual Open House.
Each family is required to distribute the “Family Dozen” opportunity drawing tickets per their school contract agreement. St. Martin Academy depends on this fundraiser to help meet our budget each year. We are requesting a donation of $25 per ticket or $300. Once families have collected all the money for their “Family Dozen” it may be sent into the office with the ticket stubs for processing before January 25th. If families have paid via FACTS already, just send in the ticket stubs.

Over 120 people attended the event Saturday, November 4 at the Hilton Mission Valley. While bidding on over 60 live and silent auction items, attendees enjoyed drinks, music and a dinner. The winner of the $10,000 cash giveaway was Judy and Len Vanderbosch, grandparents to Tabitha and Isaac (Class of 2012).
Proceeds contribute to the quality of education we have come to know at St. Martin of Tours Academy. With a variety of ways to make a donation, this fundraiser joins our business, school, and parish communities together.
Student art work was auctioned during the “Live Auction” portion of the evening.
There were over 60 silent auction items to bid on.
The beautiful “Candy Buffet” was created by the Suzuki Family!
