The San Diego County Sports Officials Hall of Fame honors the many who have dedicated their lives to coaching San Diego youth.
On September 24, 2019 Rosalie Kramm was inducted into the San Diego Hall of Champions and the San Diego Sports Officials, Hall of Fame – Official Division..
Rosalie had been a soccer referee since she was 16 years of age. Her father, Hans Kramm, was founder of the San Diego County Soccer Referee Association in 1968. Her father assigned the referees to the kid games, the high school and private leagues games and her mother, Patricia, sewed the referee uniforms.
Rosalie’s two brothers were referees too – John (Class of 1977) and George (Class of 1978).
