Yoga Rascals- After School Yoga Program

During Yoga Rascals’ classes students travel on an imaginary yoga adventure. Along the way they learn a variety of yoga poses and poems, as well as breathing and relaxation techniques. Students also play a yoga game, and take a “yoga nap”, a guided relaxation, at the end of class.

Practicing yoga regularly increases flexibility and strength, improves balance and coordination, develops focus and concentration, and promotes a positive self-image.  Yoga Rascals classes aim at reducing stress, developing kindness, and nurturing a peaceful mindset – all while having lots of fun.

Instructor Sarah Grisafi has a Bachelor’s Degree in early childhood education, and has worked with children for more than a decade. She is also a certified children’s yoga instructor.

Yoga Rascals, a children’s yoga company based in La Mesa, has been serving families in San Diego County since 2007.   SMA Yoga Flyer 02_20 Color
