We invite you to help sponsor or attend “A Night Under the Big Top” Great Cash Giveaway event on Saturday, November 3, 2018. The evening promises to be exciting with the opportunity of winning $10,000. It is a great occasion to gather together as a school and parish community. You will be supporting our school in an important way, while at the same time, experiencing an enjoyable evening.
The gala’s Auction Committee is currently seeking donations of goods or services from local businesses for live and silent auction. For example, season ticket seats to local sporting events, a handmade item that can be treasured by a family, or donating a stay at your timeshare are welcome. All donations are tax deductible.
If you or someone you know would like to donate, please contact Auction Committee Co-Chairs Mitzi Elsten at @, or Teresa Propper at @.
Click here or on the ticket to make your reservation to attend the gala.
The dress code, whether it’s bright colors associated with the circus or full-fledged costumes, attendees will also enjoy dinner, photo booth antics, dancing, an opportunity drawing, and live and silent auctions. If you would rather be a spectator, please wear your Sunday best.
Proceeds from the event will support St. Martin of Tours Academy’s Catholic education, operational expenses, and tuition assistance for students and families in need.
Contact the above committee chairs to help make this event a success!
